“Everyone was making a different sound and it was quite harsh. Then it all started to blend together and sounded like a church.
You did find how everyone else’s actions affected your own actions, and how you affected their actions.
It made me realise the importance of proper communication, and of listening and learning from other people rather than acting alone”
Genevieve O’ Regan MA Hons. Regional Visual Assistant and Trainer
“It definitely breaks down barriers…everybody gets to see the funny side of each other. You feel as if you are friends afterwards”

“Everyone was very nervous, very conscious of what they were saying and doing, and keeping their distance……. After an hour we were all perfectly happy to act freely, to be silly in front of each other, to try out costumes. I was really surprised how quickly we bonded!”
Another thing that surprised me was the role-play……we had a huge choice of things to actually choose from and very little time to decide (3 minutes), and everyone seemed to find their own sort of style, and no-one dressed remotely like anyone else. And even now I can remember what everyone wore… which is quite remarkable really!”
